How we protect your data

Dynaris is call and revenue infrastructure. We design for encryption in transit, access controls, and responsible data handling. For contractual terms, see our privacy policy and terms of service.

Encryption

Data in transit uses TLS. Stored recordings, transcripts, and account data are protected according to our production security standards and vendor requirements.

Access controls

Workspace access is role-based. Production systems require authenticated access with logging for operational changes.

Data handling

Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your workspace settings and applicable agreements. Customers control integrations that sync data to third-party systems.

HIPAA and regulated data

Dynaris is not positioned as a HIPAA-compliant platform for protected health information. Healthcare customers should use Dynaris for front-desk scheduling and routing workflows that do not store or process PHI unless a separate agreement explicitly covers regulated data.
